Save and continue later

If possible, we recommend completing the assessment at one time. If that is not possible, you can click the "Save and continue later" link at the top of any screen and follow the instructions. Here are some tips for using this feature.

If you are not prompted to enter your email
You can click on the same link you used to start the survey to resume where you left off.

If you are prompted to enter your email
We highly recommend that you do not close your browser window until you receive the email with your continue link. We find that some email providers, like aol.com, may block emails from being received. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, we recommend that you try each of these options:

  1. If you have an email address with a different domain (ex. gmail.com), please try using that email address instead.
  2. Add [email protected] as a "safe sender" with your email account. If you are not sure how to do that, please contact your email provider (ex. aol.com) for instructions.

If the link in the email doesn't work
If you click the link in the email but your survey doesn't resume, please try waiting a few minutes and trying the link again. If that doesn't fix the issue, please try using another computer or web browser. Some older computers and web browsers may prevent the continue link from working correctly.
