Join the adventure

We have a small team and budget, but we are thankful for the impact the Lord is allowing us to have in the Body of Christ. Our work is an ever changing adventure because of the constantly changing racial dynamics in Christian organizations and the United States. When our budget allows, we love to add new members to our team. Unfortunately at this time, we are not in a position to add new team members, but a great way to get to know our team and for our team to get to know you is joining our coaching network. When we do hire new team members, we first consider individuals who have demonstrated commitment and expertise by serving as a coach in our coaching network. It's also a great idea to subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when new positions become available.
