Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consulting
If your organization finds itself trying to think about how to make sustainable change in the area of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) or developing a plan to address organizational challenges, if your organization is confused about where to start the process, we can help with that. While serving as the Chief Diversity Officer at George Fox University Dr. Joel Pérez used a dimensions of diversity framework that can be applied to any organization. This framework led to the successful implementation and the sustainability of a five-year plan. Now we are assisting organizations in utilizing the framework to develop plans to create more inclusive organizations. We can help you utilize this framework in the development of your DEI plan.
Your organization may find itself wondering how to develop the leadership needed to improve its diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. We can help facilitate a conversation with your leadership team using the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) a confidential assessment of the level of awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences and similarities. The purpose is to assist your organization’s leadership to become more culturally competent and move toward cultural humility. In addition, we are qualified administrators in the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). The IDI is the premier, cross-cultural assessment of intercultural competence that is used by thousands of individuals and organizations to build intercultural competence to achieve international and domestic diversity and inclusion goals and outcomes. We can administer the IDI to groups or individuals within your organization and help you develop a strategy to move individuals and your organization along the continuum.
