About Olivia Coons
I love to help individuals along their journey to understanding and achieving an integrated ethnic and racial identity. As a biracial woman who also has the opportunity to raise biracial children, I have a particular passion for helping interracial families. My work is aimed at helping families cultivate a healthy family culture where children can explore the various dynamics of their cultural background.
A degree in counseling and training as a life coach have provided me with many needed skills such as active listening, challenging and leading solution-focused sessions. I work with clients to evaluate their current stage, set a goal for the coaching process and create a plan to make sure they are moving toward that goal.
My biblical training was built over years of ministry work with Campus Outreach, an interdenominational college ministry that heavily focuses on evangelism and discipleship. I have a strong conviction to be biblically sound in all aspects of my coaching.
I view it as a privilege to be a part of each client’s journey. I would love to hear and be a part of your story.

Work Experience
I recently started Integrated Identities in order to expand my work with various organizations and individuals. I provide coaching, training and resourcing for those hoping to view the world of racial tension and issues from a biblical lens. Integrated Identities helps interracial families and biracial/multiracial individuals in their own racial identity development.
I served on Campus Outreach’s National Diversity Development Team and contribute to the overseeing of all diversity initiatives. We created a 2-year Minority Leadership Cohort to provide coaching, resourcing and training for minority staff from all over the nation. As part of the team, I was the event project manager for the 2023 Ethnic Diversity Summit- a 3-day conference for staff from all over the world to come together to discuss how to pursue healthy diversity on their teams and in their regions.
I chose the curriculum for the various campus staff teams to study which consisted of books, articles, lectures as well as conducted various workshops. I provided 1-2 coaching sessions per semester for each staff member; creating a space for them to ask questions, process the curriculum and discuss difficulties they encountered on campus.
