Test
Timothy has led our church's Racial Reconciliation Sub-Committee for the last year. Our goal was for someone to lead our church in practical steps toward a more holistic ministry in our city -- we knew that included an understanding of racial dynamics and necessary institutional change. Timothy was responsible for managing our team's meetings, driving research, building an agenda for the broader church, and suggesting appropriate educational and structural change. Timothy drafted our church's statement on racial reconciliation which is visible on our website and has made the church more welcoming for some visitors. I believe the RJUC's mission fits timothy's interests and sense of calling, not to mention his skill in organizational leadership and communication.
