About Timothy Isaiah Cho

I have worked in Christian ministry contexts for over a decade and have incorporated racial justice and growth in racial dynamics as a part of spiritual formation and discipleship.

Currently, I serve as the Editorial Manager of The Navigators, where I ensure that impact stories from the field from BIPOC communities are represented from their own voice for the benefit of the ministry as a whole.

I have also written extensively on issues that impact Christian communities of color as the Associate Editor of Faithfully Magazine and with bylines in several publications including Religion News Service and Church Leaders.

Additionally, I am also a church planter for City of Refuge Columbus, a microexpression that is reimagining church as a healing and just community.

Services

Thanks for considering working with me as your Coach!

I offer the following services:

  • 1 hour virtual session to discuss Full Personal Assessment Report.

  • 1 hour on-going coaching sessions.

Hourly Rate Questionnaire

In order to determine just and equitable fees for my coaching services, I kindly ask that you pause to reflect on the questionnaire below. Not everyone has the same experiences, and we recognize that there are a range of complexities we each bring to these questions. Do your best to answer in a way that is most truthful.

  1. Are you and your family homeowners or landowners?

  2. Have you attended private education institutions or do you have an advanced degree?

  3. Are most or all of your bills or credit cards on autopay?

  4. Have you been able to access and afford healthcare or health insurance for you or your family members without significant difficulty?

  5. Do you have little to no debt and/or do you have disposable income?

  6. Do you have savings and are you able to regularly save income?

  7. Do you have a safety net composed of “financially stable” or wealthy family and friends?

  8. Do you have U.S. Citizenship?

  9. Does your income only support you, and not other loved ones?

  10. Have you or do you expect to inherit money or property?

  11. Have you (or could you) have attended college and/or graduate school?

Hourly Rate based on your answers:

  • If you answered All Yes, you will pay $150 per hour.

  • If you answered 75% Yes, 25% No, you will pay $125 per hour.

  • If you answered half Yes, half No, you will pay $100 per hour.

  • If you answered 25% Yes, 75% No, you will pay $75 per hour.

  • If you answered All No, you will pay $50 per hour.

I also offer package deals (e.g. 3 coaching sessions, 5 coaching sessions) at rates lower than my regular hourly rate. Feel free to reach out to me if that is of interest to you.

Timothy Cho is a person with integrity. From around 2016 to 2018, he was my supervisor at Sola Media Inc. At the time this company was White Horse Inc, but they recently changed their name. While working at White Horse Inc, Timothy led the organization to adopt more just and equitable practices. Since then, Timothy has worked in churches and other organizations. In every situation, he has mentored, coached, and led people to a deeper understanding of justice and a deeper sense of compassion. He values collaboration and innovation. When he was my supervisor, I was confident that he not only valued my work but that he cared for me as a person. He is one of the most honest people I know, and he will tell the truth even when it's unpopular, and after speaking, he is ready to help people embrace the truth and move forward toward better practices. He has big dreams but also knows how to work alongside the people he leads and inspire them to do good work and become better people.
